COFFEE The selection of the best raw materials (Green Coffee) and our vast experience and know how combined with consolidated tradition in the roasting process, make our products excellent in terms of quality, taste and aroma. Our Espresso coffee is proposed as coffee capsules, coffee pods (evenly flavored), Coffee Beans and ground coffee, to satisfy the needs of all distributing channels: HO.RE.CA., BAR, VENDING and RETAIL. SELECTION AND EVALUATION We Select only the best green coffee, the best Arabica and Robusta beans from different origins, and we are constantly in touch with major producing countries (Central and South America, Africa, Asia). ROASTING We pay particular attention to the roasting process: during the roasting process the beans opens and the develops the aroma. The roasting is done with the technique of split roasting, because each variety of green coffee reacts differently to the roasting process. CONTROL Of each production lot we make a careful analysis of roasting process performance to evaluate the aroma, the taste, the bodied of our espresso coffee.
